Subscription Policy
Subscribing is the easiest way to make DILEMMA Foundation part of your daily routine while saving on every order.
Subscriptions renew automatically based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout, and you can manage your subscription at any time.
Billing
When you purchase a subscription, your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged according to your selected delivery schedule until your subscription is paused or canceled.
You'll receive an email confirmation for each subscription order.
Managing Your Subscription
You can:
- Pause your subscription
- Skip an upcoming shipment
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your payment or shipping information
- Cancel your subscription
You can manage your subscription through the subscription portal linked in your order confirmation emails or by contacting us at hello@dilemmanutrition.com.
Changes & Cancellations
To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, please make any changes or cancellations before your next scheduled billing date.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you have questions about an order you've already received, please refer to our Refund Policy.
